Tender notice for complete service, repair/maintenance of 3 x generators, supply installation of 3 x ATS(MOR) panels and power factor indicator (PFI) panels with allied work alongwith mobilization job from Campus-II to Campus-II

Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU) invites e-bids for Shifting, Servicing and Repair/ Maintenance of Generators along-with Allied Work as mentioned above in title including Mobilization Job from City Campus to Campus-II, Chakri Road, Rawalpindi. The parties must be technically experienced and economically sound.   Terms & Conditions 

  1. Firms should be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department.  
  2. The prices should be quoted in Pak Rupees. The GST/PST to be indicated separately, where applicable.  
  3. The prices quoted should be valid for 90 days and extendable for another 30 days.
  4. Five (05) percent bid security of total estimated cost in shape of demand draft/Pay order/Call deposit receipt in favor of Treasurer, Fatima Jinnah Women University, The Mall, Rawalpindi.(FTN No.9020016-0),must be submitted along with covering letter in the university P&D office. The soft copy of the bid security must be attached with E- Bids on E pad. E-Bids without or less earnest money of the total estimated price mentioned below will not be entertained.. No Crossed-Cheque/ Bank Challan /Cash or any other instrument other than demand draft /Pay order/Call Deposit will be accepted

  5. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 20 November, 2025 at 11:00 am in P&D Directorate. All interested bidders are required to attend Pre-bid meeting. No query will be entertained after Pre-bid meeting.
  6. Successful bidder shall submit a performance guarantee of 5%.
  7. The University may reject all e-bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. The University shall upon request communicate to any bidder who submitted a bid or proposal, the ground for its rejection of proposals, but is not required to justify those grounds.
  8. Undertaking by the firm / company on a legal paper / stamp paper that it is currently not black listed by procuring agency and PPRA.
  9. Please attach soft copy of e-bid security along-with the technical e-bid / proposal and original e-bid security to be submitted in the university P&D Directorate before tender opening date and time.
  10. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of bid or proposals under PPRA Rules-2014, Chapter VI, Clause-35.
  11. Offer received by any other means other than E-PADS, received through mail / courier / by hand before the expiry of submission time will be rejected.
  12.
